Day 01: Cochin (40 km/1 hour)
Arrive at Cochin Airport/Railway Station and start your Best of Kerala Tour with Kerala Backwater. Welcome on arrival by our representative and check-in at hotel. Proceed for a post-lunch tour across the Cochin Harbor to the gateway of the Arabian Sea. Arrive at Fort Cochin for a sightseeing trip to Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Nets, etc. The remaining day is free to relax. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Cochin - Munnar (150 km/4.5 hours)
Best of Kerala Tour proceeds to Munnar today after post-breakfast check out from hotel. Enjoy the picturesque beauty of Munnar en route surrounded with lush cardamom hills and aromatic tea plantations. Check in at hotel/resort upon arrival. Trek around the estate during the remaining part of the day and return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03: Munnar
Today the day is devoted to sightseeing trips in Munnar. Start with a visit to Eravikulam National Park that boasts of being home to rare mountain goats called Nilgiri Tahr and proceed to Mattupetty Dam and Dairy Farm, Old Munnar Town, the town market and more. Relax during rest of the day and spend the night at hotel.
Day 04: Munnar - Alleppey - Houseboat - Kumarakom (150 km/4 hours)
Leave for a post-breakfast tour to Alleppey, the starting point for your exciting houseboat cruise in the Best of Kerala Tour. Board the houseboat upon arrival that takes you on a fascinating 24-hour journey from Alleppey - Kumarakom across the tranquil Kerala backwaters. Enjoy an overnight stay at the floating villa (breakfast, lunch and dinner inclusive).
Day 05: Kumarakom - Kovalam (180 km/4hours)
Disembark from the houseboat after breakfast and leave for Kovalam to continue the Best of Kerala Tour. Upon arrival, spend the entire day at the beach, enjoying its golden sands and azure blue waters. Overnight at Kovalam.
Day 06: Kovalam
Morning sightseeing tour to Thiruvanthapuram that includes visits to the Museum Complex, Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Science and Technology Museum, Veli Tourist Village, Aakulam Boat Club and Shangmugham Beach. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 07: Departure Kovalam - Trivandrum (30 km/1 hour)
Check out from Kovalam and proceed to Trivandrum airport/railway station to board scheduled flight/train for onward journey. End of Best of Kerala Tour.
