Day 01: Arrival Cochin - Thekkady (170 km/5 hours)
Coconut Holiday Tour starts with arrival at Cochin airport/railway station (through your own arrangement). Our representative welcomes you and escorts you to Periyar/Thekkady. Transfer to hotel/resort upon arrival for overnight stay.
Day 02: Thekkady
Leave for post-breakfast game-viewing cruise along the Periyar Lake. Enjoy watching a variety of fascinating animals such as elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar and beautiful birds. Return to hotel. Relax for a while and leave for a post-lunch visit to the fragrant spice plantations. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Thekkady - Kumarakom (130 km/4hours)
Coconut Holiday Tour proceeds today to Kumarakom post breakfast. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel/resort situated along the banks of the serene Vembanad Lake. Spend the rest of the day as you wish. You may also opt to take a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage. Proceed for an evening sunset cruise and return to the resort for overnight stay.
Day 04: Kumarakom
The day starts with an early morning bird watching visit to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Spend some time with an intriguing variety of birds and return to the resort. Proceed to the farm house after breakfast and spend the remaining day at leisure. Night stay at resort.
Day 05: Kumarakom - Marari (30 km/1 hour)
Continue your Coconut Holiday Tour with a post-breakfast drive to Alleppey. Enjoy picturesque landscapes and roads flanked with coconut palm groves en route. Upon arrival, transfer to beach resort and spend the entire day amidst the sheer beauty of nature. Overnight at resort.
Day 06: Marari
Today the entire day in Alleppey is free to relax at leisure. Spend another night at the resort.
Day 07: Marari - Cochin (80 km/2 hours)
Check out from the resort after breakfast and proceed to Cochin where the Coconut Holiday Tour continues. Transfer to hotel upon arrival. Take an evening boat ride across the Cochin Harbor to the gateway of the Arabian Sea. Arrive at Fort Cochin and proceed for sightseeing visits to Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Nets and more. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 08: Departure Cochin (45 km/1.5 hours)
Coconut Holiday Tour ends today. Check out from hotel and leave for Cochin airport/ railway station to board flight/train as scheduled back home or for onward journey.
