Day 01: Arrival (Coonoor)
Arrive Coonoor in the morning, where our representative will receive you and transfer you to your hotel. After some rest, start you tour by visiting attractions of Coonoor like lush green tea estates, botanical gardens and the "Dolphine's Nose" peak. Stay overnight at a hotel in Coonoor.
Day 02: Coonoor - Cochin
On the second day of the Coonoor Chennai Tour, travel to Cochin via the Malabar Coast. Stay overnight in Cochin.
Day 03: Cochin
Go on a guided tour of Cochin after breakfast and visit some interesting places like the synagogue, Dutch Palace, St. Francis' Church and the spice market. Around afternoon, visit the Cochin harbor and visit the nearby islands and the famous Chinese Fishing nets. Return for an overnight stay in Cochin.
Day 04: Cochin - Munnar
As part of the Coonoor Chennai Tour, drive to the beautiful hill station of Munnar after breakfast. Munnar is a beautiful small town with its lush green tea, coffee and spice plantations. Check into a hotel on arrival for an overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 05: Munnar
Set out on a sightseeing tour of Munnar after breakfast. Visit the Eravikulam National Park and tea plantations before returning for an overnight stay at your hotel in Munnar.
Day 06: Munnar - Periyar
Drive to Alleppey after breakfast. Board a motorboat across Vembanad Lake to Changancherry and then your journey to the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Check into a hotel / resort on arrival for an overnight stay.
Day 07: Periyar
Enjoy a full days of wildlife viewing trips by boat. You can also opt for a trek through the wilds of Periyar with a naturalist for company. Return for an overnight stay in Periyar.
Day 08: Periyar to Madurai
On day 8 of your tour drive to Madurai, which is an important Hindu pilgrimage center. Check into a hotel on arrival. Rest awhile before setting out to visit the Meenakshi Temple in the afternoon. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Madurai.
Day 09: Madurai To Chennai (Madras)
Board a flight to Chennai (Madras) after breakfast. On arrival, a representative will escort you to a hotel. Enjoy a sumptuous lunch before setting out on a sightseeing tour around the city covering attractions like Arjuna's Penance. Return for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10: Chennai - Departure
Spend the day indulging in any activity of your choice before setting out for the airport in the afternoon for your onward journey.
