Day 01: Arrival in Calicut
Arrive at Calicut where our representative will be waiting to escort you to transfer you to Kappad Beach Resort. Kappad Beach is the one where Vasco De Gama arrived in 1498. Have an overnight stay at Kappad Beach Resort.
Day 02: Calicut
Post breakfast head for a sightseeing tour of Calicut. Visit places like Beypore, the oldest port in Kerala, watch craftsmen making 'Marakalam', the wooden ships. Later return to the resort for an overnight stay.
Day 03: Calicut / Mahe
Begin the 3rd day of Heritage Kerala Tour with a drive to Mahe. Arrive at Mahe where you will be escorted to Ayesha Manzil, a heritage bungalow. Post lunch move on for a visit to the fort and mosque located within the city. Return to the bungalow for an overnight stay.
Day 04: Mahe
Post breakfast visit a school known for its traditional dance and performing arts in Kerala. Enjoy dance performances like Kalari Pati and Thayum. Have an overnight stay at Ayesha Manzil.
Day 05: Mahe / Wayanad
Move on towards Wayanad. On arrival check in at Vythiri Resort. Explore the exotic vegetation in the resort. Watch animals like elephants and birds. Go for elephant safari and watch the flora and fauna of Wayanad. Have an overnight stay at the Vythiri Resort.
Day 06: Wayanad
Start the 6th day of Heritage Kerala Tour with a healthy breakfast at Wayanad. Then visit the nearby tribal village and tribal museum. Post lunch go for a 4km trek to an ancient cave and have a look at the rich Indian civilization. Have an overnight stay at the Vythiri Resort.
Day 07: Cheruthuruthy
Head to Cheruthuruthy and visit the Natya Kala Mandalam, a famous school of traditional art and dance. Enjoy watching the dance performances there. Have an overnight stay at the Heritage River Retreat Hotel.
Day 08: Cochin
Arrive in Cochin, where our representative will be waiting to escort you to the hotel. Check in at the hotel and post lunch head for the Cochin Harbour. Visit the Cochin Fort and then proceed for a sightseeing tour that include visit to the places like St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing nets, Jewish Synagogue and Dutch Palace.
