Day 01 : Delhi
On arrival at the international airport in Delhi, you will be met by a Kerala Backwater representative, who will escort you to the hotel. Relax for the remaining part of the day and brace yourself for a memorable India Golden Triangle Tour.
Day 02 : Delhi
As part of the India Golden Triangle Tour, enjoy a full day sightseeing tour around Old and New Delhi. Visit tourist attractions like the Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Raj Ghat (the resting place of Mahatma Gandhi), Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar and the Laxmi Narayan Temple. You will also drive past other attractions like the India Gate, President's House and the legendary Connaught Place. Stay overnight at your hotel in Delhi.
Day 03 : Delhi -Sikandra - Agra
After a sumptuous breakfast, drive to Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal. You will also stop at Sikandra on the way. It is the very place where Mughal Emperor Akbar's tomb is located. Continue with your drive to Agra. Check into a hotel and rest awhile before setting out to visit the Taj Mahal, the ethereal symbol of love that has charmed millions till date. Return for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04 : Agra
On day 4 of the India Golden Triangle Tour, enjoy a sightseeing tour around the city of Agra. Visit the Agra Red Fort, Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb and the interesting markets of Agra before returning for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05 : Agra- Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur
As part of the India Golden Triangle Tour, drive to the "pink city" of Jaipur via the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri. Built by Mughal Emperor Akbar, this grand city had to be abandoned due to an acute shortage of water within 12 years of its construction. On arrival at Jaipur, check into a hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 06 : Jaipur
Indulge in a morning excursion to the majestic Amber Fort. This fort was built by Raja Man Singh, the commander of Akbar's army and is a fine example of the famed Rajput style of architecture. An elephant ride up the steep path leading to the Amber Fort is something not to be missed.
Later, you will visit the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Nawab Sahab Ki Haveli and the colorful bazaars of Jaipur. You will stay overnight in Jaipur.
Day 07 : Jaipur - Delhi
On the final day of the India Golden Triangle Tour, drive to Delhi. On arrival, transfer to the airport and board your return flight back home.
