Day 01: Arrival Cochin (35 km/1 hour)
Welcome on arrival at Cochin airport/railway station, the starting point for Mystical Kerala Tour. Transfer to hotel. Proceed on a post-lunch tour across the Cochin Harbor to the gateway of the Arabian Sea. Sightseeing trips at Fort Cochin upon arrival. Visit to Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing Nets. The remaining day is free to relax and return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02: Cochin - Munnar (150 km/4.5 hours)
Morning check out from hotel and leave for a post-breakfast tour to Munnar. On the way, cardamom hills enveloped with lush greenery and fragrant tea plantations greet you in Mystical Kerala. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel/resort. The remaining day is free to trek around the stunning estate and enjoy its picturesque beauty. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Munnar
Leave for day sightseeing tour in Munnar that includes visits to Eravikulam National Park, home to the rare species of mountain goats locally known as Nilgiri Tahr, Mattupetty Dam and Dairy Farm, Old Munnar Town and the town market. The remaining day is free to relax at leisure. Return to hotel for the night.
Day 04: Munnar - Thekkady (120 km/4 hours)
Leave for a post-breakfast tour to Periyar/Thekkady Wildlife Sanctuary where the Mystical Kerala Tour continues. Upon arrival, check in at hotel/resort. Relax during the day and leave for a wildlife-watching cruise along the Periyar Lake in the evening. Enjoy the amusing antics of a variety of birds and animals and return to hotel for overnight stay
Day 05: Thekkady - Houseboat - Alleppey
Check-in at the traditional houseboat (Kettuvallam) to enjoy an exciting Kumarakom-Alleppey backwater cruise during the next 24 hours. Witness the sheer beauty of sunset and get a close peek into the traditional village life while floating in the luxurious houseboat. Houseboat overnight stay includes breakfast, lunch and dinner meals.
Day 06: Alleppey - Kovalam
Disembark from the houseboat post-breakfast and proceed to Kovalam, the next stopover for Mystical Kerala Tour. Upon arrival, the whole day is free to relax at the golden beach and enjoy the serene azure blue sea. Overnight at Kovalam.
Day 07: Kovalam - Trivandrum
Leave for a post-breakfast sightseeing tour of Thiruvanthapuram. Start with a visit to Museum Complex and proceed to Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Science and Technology Museum, Veli Tourist Village, Aakulam Boat Club and Shangmugham Beach. Later in the evening, leave for Trivandrum and check-in at hotel for overnight stay.
Day 08: Departure Trivandrum
Mystical Kerala Tour ends today. Proceed to Trivandrum airport/railway station to board scheduled flight/train back home or for onward destinations.
